-Epsom Salts- high in magnesium- soothes and relaxes sore muscles, detoxifies body & helps to relieve stress

-Himalayan Pink Salts - contain a high natural mineral content that imparts a relaxed feeling, nourishes the skin, eases rheumatic discomfort and helps in the treatment of Psoriasis and other skin disorders. Contains over 80 minerals

-Dead Sea Salts - hydrating & exfoliating properties, removes dead skin cells. Contains over 21 minerals including Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Bromide, Iodine and Zinc.

Add 1/4 cup of salts to bath water and soak for 15-20 minutes. Also makes an excellent foot bath - the high sodium content helps slough off dead skin cells and flakes, leaving you with fresh, revitalized skin.
