Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, specifications, pricing and other information on our website are accurate.
However, manufacturers may change packaging, formulations, ingredients, labelling or product information without notice. Website images may also differ from the product actually received.

Our total liability in relation to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Shipping & Returns (Online)
Shipping Area
We currently ship online orders within Canada only.
Orders are generally shipped through Canada Post. We may use another shipping provider where appropriate.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.
Processing times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, promotions, severe weather, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping transit times are separate from our processing time and are controlled by the carrier.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible Canadian orders of $100 or more before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Certain oversized, unusually heavy, remote-location or otherwise exceptional shipments may be excluded from free shipping. Any additional charges will be disclosed where applicable.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for eligible online orders. Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup. Pickup instructions will be provided with the order confirmation or readiness notification.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Roberts Creek Wellbeing is not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an address error or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.
Online Returns
Eligible online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
-be unopened;
-be unused;
-be in its original packaging;
-be in resalable condition; and
-include proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was shipped incorrectly, arrived damaged, or qualifies as defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Roberts Creek Wellbeing is not responsible for returned items lost in transit before they are received by us.
Final Sale Items
For health, safety and product-integrity reasons, the following online purchases are final sale unless the product is defective, expired when sold, or we shipped the incorrect item:
-opened or used supplements;
-refrigerated or frozen products;
-food and perishable products;
-personal care products;
-cosmetics;
-clearance items;
-special-order products; and products that cannot reasonably be resold for health or hygiene reasons.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, contact us at shop@rcwellbeing.ca within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product, packaging and shipping damage. Once reviewed, we may replace the item, provide a refund, or provide another reasonable resolution at no additional cost to you. Where a product defect or quality concern appears to be manufacturer-related, we may request additional information so that we can report the issue to the manufacturer or distributor. Please do not dispose of a damaged or defective product until we confirm whether it needs to be returned.
Refunds & Exchanges (In-Store)
We want customers to feel confident shopping with Roberts Creek Wellbeing while also protecting the safety, quality and integrity of the products we sell.
Standard Returns
Most eligible in-store purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be:
-unopened;
-unused;
-in their original packaging; and
-in resalable condition.
With the original receipt, approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Without the original receipt, an eligible return may be accepted for store credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to verify purchase information before accepting a return.
Opened Products
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange simply because:
-you changed your mind;
-you did not like the taste, texture, scent or product;
-the product did not produce the result you expected; or the product was not suitable for your personal preference.
Because individual responses to supplements, natural health products, foods and personal-care products vary, Roberts Creek Wellbeing cannot guarantee individual results. Opened products may be accepted for return where the product is defective, was expired when sold, or has a legitimate manufacturer quality issue.
Defective or Expired Products
A product that is defective, damaged, expired when sold, or affected by a verified manufacturer quality issue may be returned for a full refund. Please bring the product and proof of purchase where available. We may retain the product or request additional information so that the issue can be reported to the manufacturer or distributor.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale unless defective or expired when sold:
-clearance merchandise;
-refrigerated or frozen products;
-food and perishable products;
-personal care products;
-cosmetics;
-special-order items; and opened products that cannot reasonably be resold for health or hygiene reasons. Regular sale merchandise is not automatically final sale and may be returned where it otherwise meets the conditions of this policy.
Refund Method
Where a receipt is provided and a refund is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method. Where no receipt is available, we may provide store credit if we are able to reasonably verify the purchase. Cash refunds will not be provided for purchases originally made by credit or debit card.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within the same 7-day return period. Any difference in price will either be collected or refunded in accordance with the applicable payment method.
Management Discretion
We recognize that unusual circumstances can arise. Roberts Creek Wellbeing management may approve reasonable exceptions to this policy at its discretion. Approval of an exception on one occasion does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in the future.
